I had online encounters with a couple of MAGAts yesterday who were pearl clutching because I told them to fuck off in both English and Spanish. Never mind the racist bile they were posting but they were offended by my language! You cannot make this shit up. By the way, this grandma taught her grandkids to say "Fuck Trump" and I might add, the middle finger raising adds to the fun!
As a none Spanish speaker how do you say Fuck off in Spanish. I am illiterate in Spanish enough to capture the good parts of the language such as that.
Because all their life, other childish men make fun of them. My father was only 5'5' and I saw it repeatedly. He served a term as president of a large statewide organization and was speaking at their annual convention. As soon as he stood up to speak, several men began calling to him to "stand up!" Yes, the continued abuse since childhood gave him a complex. He was insecure and he overcompensated for it. Wish he could have risen above it, but I understood where it came from. If you know a short man, extend them some grace.
My dad was 5'7" and was an executive and had a bit of a complex I found out about when one of my sons was in the 10th percentile of height when he was 7. He literally outgrew that due to genetics, Mendel's peas at work. The pediatrician we had was tall and felt as though all boys needed to be in the 50% of height by 7 (bullshit on that). But boy was my dad on his soapbox about how short men can stand up give facts that were backed up and a tall one could stand up and say the moon was made of cheese and everyone would nod and agree. But I only saw that one time, when it dealt with his grandson. I gather at work he was well respected and had not dealt with it professionally in his capacity. I think he had dealt with it in school though.
Clearly most of the 31% who think these actions are making us safer live in red states where they are not operating, the rest are holed up in their mother’s basements playing video games.
Did she actually say it to his face? Or is this an exaggeration? Let’s be clear about what is actually happening. I’m all for bovino being insulted/emasculated/humiliated, but I want to know the actual truth. It seems to me a lot of what I read lately are embellishments and exaggerations. Let’s all do better.
