It's surprising that I still even have a tongue considering how long I've been biting it.

I have an excellent memory for an old Vietnam veteran. I have a memory from back before the election of 2016, in about October, when the OBAMA unemployment numbers came out. We had the lowest unemployment in years, thanks to the policies of a great eight-year president. Trump came out against those numbers, calling them, "FAKE NEWS"! Right after Trump BARELY won that election, HE CLAIMED THOSE DAME NUMBERS WERE BECAUSE HE GOT ELECTED! Trump went on to claim that the economy of Obama was his until, because of his bumbling, it CRASHED! For any that don't understand, the U.S. economy is much like an old mammoth size steam locomotive. It takes a lot of coal to make the steam to move it the first inch. Once it is moving down the track, it gains speed and as momentum kicks in, it takes less coal to keep it up to speed. When it comes to a grade, a little more coal is needed to keep it up to speed. When that coal car is emptied, because it was neglected, the engine stops on the track. The longer it is neglected, the more maintenance and TLC it will require to move again. By 2008, it had stopped dead on the track. By 2016, it was roaring down the track and gaining speed. By 2020, the coal was depleted, and the great engine was slowing. Luckily, Biden filled the coal car quickly, with his $Trillion infrastructure package. It is right now roaring down the track as we have the same LIAR, just a month ago was telling everyone it had stopped and only he could save it. Within six months to a year, our old reliable locomotive may be doomed for the scrapyard because of a CRIMINAL SHITHEAD TRAITOR!

They staged an insurrection when they lost, and they're big mad that we won't celebrate Thanksgiving with them? They can fuck all the way off.

I had to end a friendship when I found out that my now ex-friend voted for the dark side. We met through an atheist group and discussed our ideas about politics. Both of us were liberal at the time. She began dating a guy, a dumpster, who convinced her that she should go over to the other side. She has been so excited about having a "male friend" that she wanted to please him and lose herself. I miss her, but there's nothing I can do. I feel so betrayed and very hurt.

Note to Trumpers: the laws of physics apply - for every action there will be an equal and opposite reaction. Don't expect your friends and family to be nice to you after you vote away their constitutional democracy.

I can't wait to see what is going to be said in a couple of weeks when one of my sisters and her husband ( both big Magas ) comes to town and I refuse to visit with them! I am thinking of using the 11 Nazis line you quoted when I respond to them. They just don't see how much was/is at steak with DonOld and his gang of thugs getting elected and destroying this country! What insults me even more is that they know I have a BA in History and take this very seriously! God, help me not to loose my cool! Amen! Awomen!

Jan, sorry it's your family. If you don't visit with them maybe it'll be easier. Good luck.

Thank you, Hannah. It definitely will be easier for me this way. Sometimes the conversation pushes me to the breaking point and I just want to explode, so I know that, at this point, not being there is the best thing for me. I'll be home with my son, so it will be OK.

Fortunately, we had our Thanksgiving in Canada in October. Next year we'll have our own election to gripe about especially if Trump lite, Pierre Poilievre, becomes Prime Minister. God willing, I know you will God, PM Justin Trudeau will still be in charge. Btw, we don't vote for the PM, the Party with the most seats forms government with the Party leader becoming the Prime Minister. PMJT has been the most consequential PM in my lifetime. He's recognized globally as the most progressive leader, which is a dirty word for those in the alt- wrong. Cheers.

Are you for real? jt is the worst! He's a self centered, lying, crooked ahole. He is also considered to be the worst PM since the 60's. He's about as corrupt as can be and if you are excusing all of his bs, then you are part of the problem. To be clear, I voted for him...once. He needs to go, even though I'm am not a PP fan, but Canada needs jt out!

Are you a Canadian? If so, please discuss specific policies that PMJT enacted that negatively affected you. If not, you are a part of the Russian disinformation bots and trolls that have been unmasked by our national security people. If you're not Canadian, you may be totally mis and disisinformed.

I recently attended my niece's wedding. She is half Puerto Rican. My new nephew is Mexican. It makes me sick to think that 90% of the wonderful people at the wedding could be deported if the Nazis get their way. What is shocking is that a dRumph-lover attended the wedding!

I have no relatives or friends on the Dark Side; and am spending Thanksgiving with friends. My daughters are together with their husbands in another state, and I wish they were here, because that would be a good holiday, too. I am giving thanks that everyone I associate with on a regular basis has a brain.

Gratitude! That is all I can come up with to describe how this letter from God makes me feel. It is not just our right to shun these people who cast their vote for Satan, it is our duty. I am profoundly grateful for those who refuse to relinquish even one iota of their decency to placate a Trump/Satan supporter. Because I thoroughly believe evil cannot be embraced by degrees. It's "all or nothing" . One cannot say they embrace the Light and then duck into Darkness when it's inconvenient. Just how much is grandma's stuffing and Aunt Harriet's candied yams worth to you? Your entire belief system? Your dignity? The belief that ALL people deserve respect? I cannot give respect if I do not first get it. And lest anyone be so naive as to think they will attend a MAGA Thanksgiving and not be served a double helping of gloat, they are deceiving themselves, and haven't we had just about enough of lies and deception?! They will pry your mouth open and force-feed you their evil beliefs and dessert will be a hefty serving of sneer. They will take every opportunity not to convince you that all will be well, that truly people will not suffer racism, hatred, hurt and fear. They will revel in it! So, let's let them feast on each other like the packs of hungry jackals that they are. (I know, I need go climb down....)
