Dear Democratic "Representatives":

No matter how good you think you are, your job right now is not to raise money for re-election, so you can win again in 2026.

Your only job right now is to push back ferociously against the Musk/Trump regime 100 percent all day. If you are not doing that, you need to go.

We are not only watching your actions, we are also watching your LACK OF ACTION. For most of you, your political life is over for kissing the ring.

Do your job or get out.

PS: Chuck Schumer, you are a TRAITOR to the party and to all of America for your cowardly actions kissing the ring. YOUR CAREER IS OVER, in both parties. Grow a spine. Develop some integrity.

I have differences with people like Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger, but their willingness to lose a reelection in order to combat Donald Trump’s version of America and his disdain of the Constitution made me appreciate them. The people in office now have to willing to sacrifice ambition for principles just as these and 8(?) others did when they voted to impeach Trump in 2021.

Yes!!! Resign !!

We the people need warriors not cowards! Trump criticized Chuckie yesterday calling him a “Palestinian” saying Schumer was “Not a Jew” and Schumer folded like wet TP!

It was as terrible as when chump insulted Mrs Ted Cruz for her looks as compared to melanocyte the former “model”

How do you reconcile when people choose to not view you as an evolutionary equal?

As a middle age person I'm not a fan of ageism but maybe he is too old to fight. He has to go,let someone with more fire in their veins take over. That's why Democrats are losing, always sitting on the freaking fence.

Fight dammit!

It’s not ageism if it true. Pelosi knew when it was time; Chuck needs to as well.

Hell, look at Bernie! The man's in his EIGHTIES, too old to run for president any more, and /he's/ one of the biggest firebrands we have!

It's not ageist if it's true. I agree, look at Bernie, still a progressive firebrand. But most of the aging members of Congress need to step aside - and we need to bolster younger candidates who will work for the people. I'm 67, and I want young congressional representatives.

I have not written to my representatives prior, but Schumer’s cowardice pissed me off. So I wrote to my two democratic senators and demanded (I know, who am I to demand anything) they vote no. I think one will and the other, who is in the democratic leadership, is 50/50. I wrote that Trump should not be rewarded with any democratic yes votes. The first time I stated I was a Democrat was at the age of 8 when I wanted to vote for George McGovern and with a couple of notable exceptions (I live in Illinois now and I voted for George Ryan and for Judy Barr Topinka— an old line, pro-choice Republican against Rod Blagojevich) I have voted Democrat my entire adult voting life. Now is not the time to cave. I hope Schumer finds himself isolated and out of a leadership job.

Both of mine hopped on my emailbox to assure me they'd both be voting "NO!" :)

Sadly, if I tried calling Schumer's office, I'd probably get sidelined for not being from his state... X-P

Their voicemail boxes are full. But you can send an email ! Just use one of the district office addresses instead of your actual address, your email will go through everytime.

Please leave a message when you call. They are listened to and the comments noted. I call nearly every day, choosing the most important issue to comment on for the day. They NEED to hear from us.

I’m sick of all congress members who give a single vote for any of the orange menace’s cabinet picks or policies. I’m more upset, nauseous even, about Schumer’s decision to vote yes on the CR, and advise his fellow senators to vote yes. I refuse to donate to the Democratic Party. They are not fighting for our democracy. Sometimes I feel that we have lost our democracy and freedom.
