I have had many a patient almost and in some cases die from the bleeding ulcers too much aspirin can cause. Now with the swelling in the legs there is a good chance that will lead to weeping which is the excess fluid has no where to go so the legs start to release the fluid just like you have a cut and bleed the legs release the lymph fluid in a yellowish color fluid and he will have lower clothing wet and shoe and sock will slosh from the fluid. Typical "I know what is best for me" attitude. I have seen it all and it is not pretty,,,
They probably also became seriously infected and the infection killed him. Plus if he was diabetic that delays all healing. Ad it is definitely a good probability that drumpf is diabetic with his weight and other issues
